• Provide for continuation of identifying and evaluating changing needs in housing and health care for the elderly. The Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers shall uphold the philosophy, mission, policies, and procedures of the facility and other pertinent local, state, and federal regulations governing care of the elderly. In so doing, the United Retirement Center Avera shall ensure the delivery of quality and effective daily care and enhance the ability of URC's staff to provide and promote service to the population served.
