Topics discussed: Transparency of budget process; Opportunities for citizen input to budget process; Revenue adequacy; Revenue fairness; K-12, Medicaid, URC was honored to be host to this event which was facilitated by SDSU Extension Community Development and SD Budget & Policy Project with funding from the Bush Foundation and Northwest Area Foundation.
