I oversee the Dietary Department, with a part-time Registered Dietitian, Janice Brandenburger.  We have twenty-two employees that work full-time or part-time.  In addition to preparing/serving meals to our United Retirement Center residents, we provide meals for our day care children, Park Place Apartment residents, and employee meals.

We keep busy in our department and enjoy our jobs.  We provide an open dining meal service for the residents.  This gives them flexibility as to when they want to eat each meal.

Our goal is to provide nutritious meals and snacks to all who live here.  We try to have a pleasant atmosphere while they are eating their meals.
