I am the Social Service Director at the United Retirement Center. I am a licensed Social Worker in the State of South Dakota. I have been in this position for fifteen years.

I graduated with my BS in Social Work from USD. My duties include working with families and hospitals during the admission process. I do the admission paperwork, complete assessments on residents, and contact families for residents’ needs.

I am an advocate for the residents to make sure their rights are protected. I receive and process grievances and complaints from residents, families and/or staff members. I organize the quarterly Care Conferences for each resident.
