Lisa Miller I'm a 1985 graduate from the University of South Dakota with a degree in nursing. I have been in long term care since 2001. Prior to that my experience lies in physical rehabilitation, primarily in the acute care setting. I was the Restorative Nurse at URC for two years prior to becoming the Director of Nursing. As the director of nursing I oversee the staff that provides the day to day care of our 79 residents. I am also involved with program development and evaluation, staff development, Medicare coordinating, Quality Assurance and assisting our facility to keep current and compliant with state and federal regulations. I am proud to be a part of a staff that is dedicated to making URC a quality place for your loved ones to live, and proud to be a part of an administration that strives to make URC a great place to be employed. |
