My name is Paula Stotz. I am the Hskg/Laundry Supervisor. I took this position in February of 2006.

The Housekeeping and Laundry Departments consist of laundry personnel, custodians, and housekeepers. We total twelve employees.

The rooms are cleaned seven days a week. We make the beds as the residents wake up for the day. We also help with the caring of the pets.

We wash and dry the laundry and return clothing to the residents daily. Light mending is done by the laundry personnel also.

There are a couple of us that are Certified Nursing Assistants and can help with feeding the meals. We also help with activities and visit with the residents for their one-to-one time.

This is what makes the Housekeeping and Laundry staff a unique department. This also helps in breaking the department lines.
